ADAPTA Studio is a spin‑off of Politecnico di Milano specialized in the optimization and management of 3D assets for real‑time applications.

Our main product, AMAZ3D, is an advanced platform based on patented algorithms that automates complex processes such as:

  • geometric complexity reduction (LOD generation)
  • mesh optimization
  • texture baking and draw call reduction

The goal is to make complex 3D models usable in real time on any platform: gaming, XR, digital twins, and simulation.

In recent years, we have been working on emerging technologies such as Gaussian Splatting and its 4D extension (space + time), with applications in:

  • dynamic reconstruction
  • temporal simulations

You will join a team working on applied research and advanced development. In particular:

  • C++ development of pipelines for 4D Gaussian Splatting
  • Implementation of algorithms for:
  • optimization of 3D/4D data
  • management of large datasets
  • Integration with GPU technologies (CUDA / Vulkan / WebGPU)
  • Participation in the design of scalable systems (cloud + edge)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the development of real‑time 3D/4D rendering pipelines in C++
  • Work with the team on Gaussian Splatting and neural rendering technologies
  • Contribute to GPU optimization tasks (CUDA / Vulkan / WebGPU)
  • Perform bibliographic analysis and review state‑of‑the‑art research papers
  • Analyze, discuss, and implement advanced rendering techniques from scientific literature
  • Support the optimization and processing of 3D/4D datasets
  • Collaborate on scalable cloud and edge architectures
  • Participate in solving complex technical and research challenges

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of C++
  • Fundamentals of:
  • data structures
  • Ability to work on complex problems

Nice‑to‑have (but NOT mandatory)

  • Computer Graphics / Rendering
  • CUDA / GPU programming
  • Computer Vision / 3D reconstruction
  • Experience with libraries such as OpenGL / Vulkan / Eigen
