Sviluppatore Dynamics CRM

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer to join our delivery teams and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions.

The service consists on a collaboration with cross-functional teams (Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, Integration Leads) to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and customize CRM components (entities, forms, workflows, business rules, plugins)
• Contribute to the definition of solution architecture and technical design
• Ensure alignment with best practices, coding standards, and Microsoft guidelines
• Support integration activities between D365 and external systems
• Participate in SIT/UAT phases, providing defect resolution and technical support
• Contribute to documentation (technical design, deployment guidelines, knowledge transfer materials)

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of experience as a Developer, with hands-on involvement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform and its application modules

Proven experience in solution design and implementation within the D365 ecosystem

Solid understanding of integration patterns and related technologies

Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript

Experience in customization and extension of D365 applications

Familiarity with development best practices and delivery methodologies

Professional working proficiency in English
