Sustainable Health and Safety Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HSE Administrator to join our team and support daily activities ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of HSE and learn how safety programs are implemented within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
• Help organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
• Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
• Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
• Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Fluent in both Italian and English is essential.
