Job Purpose

As a Sustainability Specialist at CNH, you will be a key driver in transforming our corporate sustainability strategy into actionable, high-impact projects. You will act as a strategic consultant for our internal Brands and Departments, fostering long-term relationships with global stakeholders to ensure our business growth aligns with planetary boundaries and social equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory: Partner with CNH Brands to design and implement tailored sustainability roadmaps that align with our corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy.
  • Shared Value Creation: Identify and scale initiatives that bridge the gap between sustainability impact and business performance, leveraging the concept of Shared Value to drive competitive advantage.
  • Culture & Advocacy: Support a forward-thinking sustainability culture across the organization. You will move beyond simple "awareness" to inspire the adoption of regenerative economic, environmental, and social practices.

Experience Required

Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic plans with a focus on long-term impact. Technical understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG reporting standards, and the intersection of technology and environment. Ability to work across functions. You are equally effective working independently or as a proactive team member. General Business. Background in managing end-to-end projects, from conceptualization to final delivery and presentation. Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to translate complex sustainability data into compelling narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability Management, or related fields. Location: Based in Europe, with a willingness to travel occasionally to engage with our global teams.
