Role purpose:


The Sustainability & Compliance Data Administrator is responsible for coordinating the data collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability and compliance data under the direction of the Jimmy Choo Sustainability and Compliance Director, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

This role ensures that the Jimmy Choo Sustainability & Compliance division meets Capri Holdings’ requests, reporting and legal obligations timely, aligns data initiatives with business objectives, and provides expert support to the division Director throughout the fiscal year.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with complex data sets, cross-functional teams, and external platforms.

As regulatory requirements evolve and sustainability initiatives expand, the scope of the role’s responsibilities may also grow.


Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

  • Coordinate and structure data collection for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting across internal departments and global suppliers.
  • Manage data submissions via the group-selected software, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely updates to the Jimmy Choo team.
  • Collect and maintain supplier and raw material compliance and impact data for regulatory and ESG reporting purposes.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

  • Coordinate and submit regulatory supplier declarations and documentation via group-selected software (e.g., Conflict Minerals, UFPLA, Supplier Compliance Manual, Onboarding Documentation).
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses from all suppliers, monitoring progress and following up as needed.

Sustainability Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct raw material use analysis in response to investor and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Analyze packaging and waste data to support sustainability tracking, reduction initiatives, and audit readiness.
  • Manage ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) activity tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee product data submissions for carbon footprint calculations via group-selected software.

Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for the reporting manager, summarizing activities, sustainability progress, risk areas, and key metrics.
  • Generate internal ESG dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.


You’ll Need to Have:

  • Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting sustainability, ESG, compliance, or related programs, preferably in the Fashion, FMCG or Luxury Sector
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate key data points.
  • Comfortable using various data-collection and reporting systems; quick to learn new tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in managing diverse data deliverables.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
