Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest level of Sushi and Asian dishes are always delivered to guests, in line with the established recipes, as approved by the culinary management
  • Receive orders and prepare food during meal services. Ensure proper garnish and accompaniments are of excellent standard;
  • Support the culinary team in other dishes preparations as requested
  • Monitor grocery stocks and suggest orders to the culinary management to ensure availability of any Indian/Asian ingredient
  • Ensure all Health and Safety, Privacy and Security procedure are followed at all times


Requirements

  • Excellent and consistent Sushi and Asian culinary experience in gourmet dining and/or luxury hotels is a must
  • Good knowledge of English along with some conversational Italian would represent a great advantage
  • Pleasant personality and attitude, able to work efficiently in team
  • Professional appearance and attitude, with proficient communication skills
  • Perfect knowledge of the international HACCP hygiene and kitchen safety rules


Contractual Terms

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
