Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join the Deployment Operations team at InPost Italy. We’re investing in our Customer Experience and on a mission to take our Customer Service & User Experience to the highest level. This role is a crucial part of this transformation.

Skills and requirements

• + 2 years of experience as Operations specialist or similar role
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
• Technical background (an experience as a surveyor or as an architect is a plus)
• A good knowledge of tools such as Autocad and the capability to manage floor plans are a plus
• Capability to work with the municipal procedures (Cila, Scia, BBAA, Osp)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Teams);
• Strong proactivity and organizational skills
• Availability to travel, also for on-site technical inspections

Activities and responsibilities

• You will manage remotely/on-site preliminary assessment of the APMs’ installations, also taking care of the new possible locations
• You will supervise the entire survey process
• You will coordinate the sites preparations to host our APMs
• You will manage and develop the relationships with the suppliers
• You will coordinate with the external architects, in order to manage the projects
• You will elaborate the floor plan by entering the specific location where the locker will be installed
