Support Planning Department Main Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyse data and monitor performance Main Requirements

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field Genuine interest in transportation and logistics Fluent in English (both written and spoken) A graduate with a degree in a relevant field Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills A team player with a collaborative mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel What’s In It For You
