2nd Line Support Engineer (AV Engineer) - Contract - Location (Rome)

Penta Consulting are currently searching for a onsite 2nd-line ICT & AV Support consultant to join the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Escalated support for IT & AV issues
• Desktop, network (VPN, VLAN), and telephony (VOIP, Teams) support
• Video conferencing setup & troubleshooting (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
• Mentoring ICT-1 team & ensuring ticket quality (ServiceNow)

We're looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar support role
• Strong Windows/Office & AV tech skills
• B2+ in English and local language
• Service-minded, problem solver, team player
