Adecco is looking for an Support Engineer II for an international client company. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join a global tech organization, this is your opportunity!


Responsibilities


  • Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  • Provide support for video conferencing systems and AV equipment.
  • Accurately document all interactions.
  • Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Minimum Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
  • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to quality and multitasking.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, ITIL Foundation.
  • Advanced Linux system administration skills.
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.


  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
