Support Engineer II

Adecco is looking for an Support Engineer II for an international client company. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join a global tech organization, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
- Provide support for video conferencing systems and AV equipment.
- Accurately document all interactions.
- Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
- Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
- High school diploma.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to quality and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, ITIL Foundation.
- Advanced Linux system administration skills.
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
