Adecco is looking for a Support Engineer II for a leading international company in the logistics sector. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join an innovative global organization, this is your opportunity!
What You’ll Do
- Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system .
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
- Provide assistance for video conferencing systems and AV equipment .
- Accurately document all interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
- Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to quality and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP , ITIL Foundation .
- Advanced Linux skills.
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
Contract: Full-time, initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual Salary: €29.000
Language: English C1
