Adecco is looking for a Support Engineer II for a leading international company in the logistics sector. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join an innovative global organization, this is your opportunity!


What You’ll Do


  • Handle technical support requests via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system .
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  • Provide assistance for video conferencing systems and AV equipment .
  • Accurately document all interactions.


Minimum Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).
  • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to quality and multitasking.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCITP , ITIL Foundation .
  • Advanced Linux skills.
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex systems.



Contract: Full-time, initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Annual Salary: €29.000

Language: English C1
