Overview

Support Analyst role at Medi-Market Group

We are looking for a professional with experience as a Support Analyst (Ops).

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Laurea in Informatica or STEM disciplines
  • Experience of at least 2 years in service desk management, asset configuration and management, and second-level (L2) support
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Teamwork orientation and good communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively and promptly

Responsibilities

  • Service Desk: Manage end-user requests, monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Configuration and Asset Management: Ensure correct configuration, deployment and management of IT assets (hardware/software)
  • Support L2: Provide second-level technical support for complex issues, with in-depth diagnosis and resolution of faults on systems, applications and IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for test definition and release of solutions
