Overview
Support Analyst role at Medi-Market Group
We are looking for a professional with experience as a Support Analyst (Ops).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Laurea in Informatica or STEM disciplines
- Experience of at least 2 years in service desk management, asset configuration and management, and second-level (L2) support
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork orientation and good communication skills
- Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively and promptly
Responsibilities
- Service Desk: Manage end-user requests, monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Configuration and Asset Management: Ensure correct configuration, deployment and management of IT assets (hardware/software)
- Support L2: Provide second-level technical support for complex issues, with in-depth diagnosis and resolution of faults on systems, applications and IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for test definition and release of solutions
