Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Planning Coordinator to join the Global Sales Demand and PS Planning area, based in Padova (HQ). This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role — ideal for someone eager to introduce advanced planning methodologies and lead technology transformation projects in a dynamic, fast‑growing international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building medium‑term (6–12 months) and long‑term (12–24 months) supply plans for the assigned product categories (accessories and spare parts), managing a complex portfolio of international suppliers.
  • Translating demand forecasts into purchase plans, including purchase order issuance, considering seasonality, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, production capacity and collection‑related constraints, with the goal of ensuring product availability while controlling costs.
  • Managing Make‑to‑Stock and Make‑to‑Order flows.
  • Identifying supply risks (capacity, delays, constraints), reporting on capacity utilization, highlighting inefficiencies and proposing continuous improvements to reduce wasted capacity.
  • Collaborating with Purchasing, Supplier Management, Operations and Finance teams, actively contributing to timely plan execution and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Coordinating the Accessories & Spare Parts supply planning team.
  • Acting as the key reference point for technology transformation projects within the supply chain planning department — contributing to the implementation and optimization of IT planning systems, with an active role in gathering functional requirements, collaborating with IT teams and ensuring effective user adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within fashion companies operating in a global environment.
  • A solid understanding of supply planning principles, including inventory management, capacity planning and end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience in data analysis, KPI tracking and performance reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, combined with previous experience or solid knowledge of SAP environments (SAP, SAP/BW, SAP S/4) and business intelligence tools, including Tableau.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation processes in the supply chain space: ability to actively participate in IT projects, liaise with development teams and system integrators, and translate operational needs into clear functional requirements.
  • The ability to work confidently with complex datasets, dashboards and digital reporting tools, translating data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with a structured and proactive approach to work.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.

Benefits

  • A working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skills.
  • A Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work‑life balance.
