Main Responsibilities
- Cooperate in risk assessment and new suppliers/licensees approval alongside their supply chain
- Organize, supervise and deploy supply chain socio-environmental monitoring activities (on and off site audits)
- Track and maintain accurate records of supply chain monitoring activities
- Prepare regular supply chain performance reports for internal stakeholders and support the roll out of improvement plans
- Review and update the company sustainability policies, guidelines and procedures
- Support suppliers and licensees in understanding and putting in place the Company sustainability policies and guidelines
- Set up and deliver training plans to suppliers and their supply chains/channels
- Support the preparation of the company annual Sustainability Report and Ecovadis assessment
- Support national and international regulations monitoring and help implement company compliance action plans
- Support sustainability marketing and communication activities at local and corporate level
Key Requirements
- University degree, preferably with major in a sustainability-related domain
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in Sporting Goods Companies or in the Fashion industry
- Passionate about sustainability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholders management
- Self-starter and solution – oriented
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
