WHAT DO YOU HAVE?
- You excel in working with numerical models and tools, such as Excel, Business Intelligence (BI) software, and dashboards, to make informed decisions.
- You can communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with teams across countries and time zones.
- Strong passion for online ventures and digital businesses
- A "doer" mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Based in Milan (use of smart working 2 days a week)
- Good communication and presentation skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyze sales trends and market data to create accurate demand forecasts for our 10+ brands.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to prevent stockouts while managing costs and cash flow efficiently.
- Engage with our 3PLs to support in troubleshooting issues which may occur in the warehouses
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor stock levels, lead times, and inventory performance across multiple channels.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Senior Manager (based in the UK) and local teams in Italy to align strategies and priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing inventory levels and supply chain costs across brands.
