Supply chain Project Manager - Bacau based

OverviewReporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing all the projects related to Moncler Industries Yield Factory, based in Bacau (Romania).Your ImpactLead end-to-end Supply Chain projects within the manufacturing environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully implement new processes, systems, and operational standards.Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, lead times, and service levels.Support the implementation of digital tools and supply chain transformation initiatives.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational performance across planning, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.Perform data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making and project prioritization.QualificationsFluent in English or Romanian, Italian is mandatory.Great educational background, preferably in the fields of engineering.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flexibilitiy and problem solving.Compensation & Benefits:Gross Annual Salary Range 50.000 – 60.000 euroRelocation Package“Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin color, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
