Ali Professional is recruiting on behalf of a storic italian company, for the role of:


Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist


Key Responsibilities


  • Forecast customer demand and make sure inventory levels are well balanced.
  • Handle the full purchasing process so materials and services arrive on time and within budget.
  • Build good relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and keep track of their performance.
  • Keep product information up to date in company systems.
  • Help set up and improve tools and systems used to manage the supply chain.
  • Work closely with Production, Sales, and Finance to support the company’s overall goals.
  • Spot potential issues in the supply chain and create backup plans.
  • Review key performance indicators such as order accuracy, lead times, inventory levels, and production efficiency.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning.
  • Experience in the Cycling, Automotive, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)


Technical Skills


  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Specific experience with SAP Business One (B1) is a significant plus.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP parameters, safety stock logic, and SCM methodologies.
  • Technical Data Skills: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage/use SQL queries are required.
  • Strong statistical forecasting skills and the ability to process historical data.
