About The Role

The Supply Chain Planning R&D Manager will be responsible for the SCP Module within the Centric Planning R&D Team.

This role involves designing, developing, and supporting all SCP components including Distribution, Procurement, Supply, and Production Planning. The SCP roadmap will also be a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage the SCP Module roadmap in collaboration with Sales, Services, and Marketing teams.
• Participate in analysis and design of SCP features, including:
• User Interaction
• User Workflow
• Solvers, algorithms, and optimization engines
• Data processing and integration

Coordinate and oversee dedicated software development for algorithms and engines. Collaborate continuously with the Centric Planning R&D Team to align and synchronize feature requirements.

Requirements

Work Experience

Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning Product Development within Fashion and Retail markets.

Knowledge

Deep understanding of Fashion Retail processes such as:

• Demand Planning
• Distribution Planning
• Procurement Planning
• Supply Planning
• Production Planning

Significant experience in Product Management and Product Development.
