You will combine hands‑on execution and sourcing with supplier quality leadership—including on‑site audits, root‑cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement—to deliver reliable outcomes at scale.
You will own day‑to‑day supply chain performance for the EMEA region across on‑time delivery (OTD), quality, and cost, and be the driving force behind a structured supplier base with clear sourcing strategies and volume allocation.

- Lead on‑site audits, process assessments, and tests on materials and finished goods to verify compliance with company standards
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance to suppliers across CNC machining, injection molding, and additive manufacturing
- Own supplier KPIs including OTD, quality (e.g., PPM, NCRs), cost competitiveness, responsiveness, and quote turnaround time
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing, terms, and master agreements
- Publish accurate, data‑driven reports to support decision‑making and contribute to regional and global supply chain strategy
- Deliver on key success metrics including OTD, supplier PPM, quote turnaround time, cost‑down percentages, and CAPA effectiveness
