Supply Chain Manager - International Group

Azienda Our client is an Italian company that is part of an international group specializing in natural health products.
Offerta Reporting to the General Management and working closely with the Group Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service quality.
To achieve this, Supply Chain Manager all daily activities within his/her scope, including sales forecasting, production planning, S&OP, procurement, customer relationship management, and the supervision of the logistics service provider.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the availability of raw materials and components.
Coordinates the flow of physical goods and information between all Supply Chain stakeholders (upstream and downstream).
Develops accurate sales forecasts.
Manages and optimizes inventory levels.
Plans production requirements based on sales forecasts and stock objectives.
Manages sales administration across all distribution channels (order entry, customer relations).
Manages and monitors the logistics service provider to ensure a Bes t-In-Class service level.
Leads and drives continuous improvement projects.
Contributes to the implementation of the Group's strategy.
Ensures data quality within the information system (SAP ECC6).
Competenze ed esperienza The successful candidate should have:
Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong command of SAP, Power BI, and forecasting tools.
Good understanding of the S&OP process.
Knowledge of EDI systems.
Italian and English proficiency required.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
