ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Supply chain Manager to manage the Warehouse and Logistic in the Italian site, based in Follo (SP).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand planning: analyses project data and production demand forecasts to ensure that the company has the necessary stock.
  • Supplier management: Ensures that the necessary materials are available when required.
  • Warehouse management: manage the incoming acceptance and storing of the good received
  • Logistics and distribution: organizes the transport and distribution of finished products to customers.
  • Inventory management: monitors and manages inventory levels to avoid excesses or shortages.
  • Analysis and continuous improvement: analyses supply chain performance and implements improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Expediting: Upon request, follow up on late materials at the production's request.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES AND SOFT SKILLS

  • Master's or specialization courses in logistics or similar.
  • 5/10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Effective communication: with work environment, customers or suppliers.
  • Capability of negotiation.
  • Capability to manage priorities and crisis.
  • Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
  • English fluent (writing and speaking, level B1).
  • WMS SW and Microsoft Office.
