Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a passion for logistics optimization, demand planning, and operational excellence ? Do you want to make an impact within a well-established and continuously growing organization in the automotive and logistics sector near Milan ?
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and improving supply chain processes , directly reporting to the Operations Director.

As a Supply Chain Manager in the automotive logistics sector , you will:
Lead demand planning and procurement processes in close collaboration with Purchasing
Monitor performance using KPIs, lead time analysis, and cost control mechanisms
Optimize logistics flows, warehouse operations, and inventory management
Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations
Support the development of efficient, scalable, and future-proof supply chain processes

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain professional with:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Experience in automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or similar
Advanced skills in Excel and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS)
Strong command of English (mandatory in an international environment)
A key position within a well-established and growing automotive supply chain organization in Italy

This role is on-site in Villasanta (Monza & Brianza), Lombardy (Italy) — a strategic logistics hub close to Milan , offering access to one of Europe’s key automotive and supply chain regions .
