Supply Chain Manager

Job Purpose

Ensure the effective planning and execution of all supply chain activities within the plant, guaranteeing material availability, production continuity and on-time delivery to customers, while optimizing inventory levels and transport costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production and material planning to ensure alignment between demand, capacity and supply
• Ensure material availability through effective MRP management and timely release of purchase requests
• Oversee inventory levels and define actions to optimize stock and working capital
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs (On Time Delivery,Inventory level and turnover, Material availability, Shipments claims), and drive corrective actions on performance gaps
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure end-to-end alignment
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning, materials and logistics
• Control and optimize supply chain costs (transport costs, supplies costs)

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles within structured and evolved industrial environments
• Solid experience in production planning, material management and logistics
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of determination and ability to take decisions in complex situations
