Supply Chain Jr. Specialist

Logista Retail is the company specialized in distributing Logista’s convenience products. This subsidiary allows the points of sales to complement (POS) their existing offer and improve their revenue and profit thanks to a vast array of products and services adapted to the POS and their clients, such as items for smokers and those related to tobacco, stationery, confectionery, food products, accessories for technologies, tobacco, etc.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic and close-knit team that combines strategic expertise with a hands-on approach to support the business from all angles.

The supply chain specialists team is responsible for the smooth flow of goods from warehouses to retailers, optimizing processes to minimize costs, and ensuring a reliable and efficient supply chain operation

ACTIVITIES

• Manage logistics including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and buying teams to align purchasing activities.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance demand and reduce excess.
• Build strong supplier relationships and resolve order-related issues.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives across procurement

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with proven results
• Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong skills in problem-solving, adaptability, and communication
• Demonstrated leadership, customer focus, and innovation mindset
