Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply chain challenges across different industries

• Research best practices in transportation, warehousing and supply chain visibility

• Evaluate trends in digitalization, sustainability and intermodal transportation

• Support the development of FlaxVision™ concepts and future platform features

• Participate in discussions with logistics, supply chain and operations professionals

• Review and interpret operational data and performance indicators

• Contribute to articles, reports and industry insights

• Help identify opportunities for process improvement and network optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Planning or Industrial Engineering

• Good understanding of supply chain processes and transportation flows

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and digital business tools

• Professional English language skills (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS systems

• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting or intermodal transportation

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
