Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • All Purchase and good plans for warehouse and for customers receiving material for direct shipment
  • Daily booking of trucks coming from Germany to Italy by filling them before their departure (in agreement with the German logistic dept)
  • Small purchases of material goods for offices
  • Management of books and samples and cards
  • Management and age control of goods in the warehouse, valorisation
  • Master data management and article coding
  • Minor company secretarial and marketing job
  • Relation and contact with sales depts for allocated goods and distribution or shared goods
  • Your Workplace will be in Settimo Milanese

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and structured way of working
  • Team player with resilience under pressure
  • Hands‑on mentality with problem‑solving competence
  • Completed commercial education or university degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • Several years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Knowledge of customs and international trade topics is a plus
  • Business fluent in German and English
