We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our EMEA team.


What you will do

  • Ensure order fulfilment excellence (DIFOT/OTIF) by analyzing trends, identifying root causes and driving improvement actions.
  • Monitor and optimize asset utilization across EMEA, balancing pools between business units and anticipating seasonal peaks.
  • Develop data-driven forecasting models together with Commercial, anticipating demand and enabling better planning of resources, assets and capex.
  • Define optimal inventory levels and safety stocks , aligning closely with Finance and Procurement.
  • Support network design optimization , balancing logistics and wash spend while ensuring contingency capacity to meet growth.


What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or inventory management .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights .
  • High numerical affinity and proficiency with planning tools (SAP, TMS, Excel, Power BI or similar).
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Fluent in English ; other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our offices in (add country/city) .
