CCS JV is a leading international company operating in the oil and gas sector, which plays a key role in the current energy transition, it is currently searching an Supply Chain Assistant.

Role in details:

  1. Support the Supply Chain Manager / Supply Chain Coordinator in daily activities
  2. Collaborates with the relevant functions monitoring the Supply Chain activities
  3. Responsible for the correctness of the information and of the report implementation
  4. Interface with internal departments (Engineering, Project Control, Finance)
  5. Participate in internal meetings and follow up action items
  6. Management of LD activities


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Analytical skills, result oriented and collaborative work style
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Office applications, Access is considered a plus
  • Work experience in Oil&Gas construction sites is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a plusGood knowledge of Office applications .
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is considered a plus.
