CCS JV is a leading international company operating in the oil and gas sector, which plays a key role in the current energy transition, it is currently searching an Supply Chain Assistant.
Role in details:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager / Supply Chain Coordinator in daily activities
- Collaborates with the relevant functions monitoring the Supply Chain activities
- Responsible for the correctness of the information and of the report implementation
- Interface with internal departments (Engineering, Project Control, Finance)
- Participate in internal meetings and follow up action items
- Management of LD activities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles
- Analytical skills, result oriented and collaborative work style
- Fluent English required
- Strong coordination skills
- Proficiency in the use of Office applications, Access is considered a plus
- Work experience in Oil&Gas construction sites is considered a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plusGood knowledge of Office applications .
- Knowledge of Portuguese is considered a plus.
