We are looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our Global Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the Supply Chain processes and tools to standardize and share knowledge
- Support Supply Chain pillar in preparing analysis, benchmarks, and presentations from a Global perspective on Regional data
- Support Regions in their monthly tactical planning and in their daily operational planning
- Contribute to collection and structured analysis of main Quality data from SAP
- Actively contribute to periodic update of Quality Notifications and Quality Monthly reports
- Support root-cause analysis for Quality misalignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
- Processing information with precision and high attention to details
- Proactive data analysis and problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good communication skills and result orientation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Python, Power BI skills is a plus)
- Previous internship experience is a plus

Place of work: Milan
Duration: fixed short term (6 months) assignment, renewable of additional 3-6 months if both parties will agree.
