Your role

We are a looking for a new Supply Chain and Demand Planning Manager to coordinate and drive initiatives for our plant in Livorno, based in Milan.

You will be in Livorno for the 50% of the time in this role.

You will be responsible for strengthening the planning & scheduling processes to improve and guarantee high customer satisfaction, including the management of goods delivery at clients’ premises. The role includes the supervision of three direct reports in logistics, scheduling and planning.

Your experiences

  • Education: Degree in Engineering.

  • Experience: Solid experience of working experience in Demand and Forecast Planning, with special focus on customer relationships and satisfaction.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in Italian and English language.

    • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
