We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supplier Sampling Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
As an integral part of the purchasing team, a supplier sampling specialist ensures that supplier samples are technically correct, fully documented, and ready for project approval.
- Requesting, reviewing, and approving supplier samples
- Ensuring complete and accurate material data entries
- Close collaboration with the project team and the customer sampling team
- Organizing the measurement of supplier samples and tracking the results
- Assisting with purchasing activities and supporting the purchasing team
Qualifications
- Completed technical education – high school graduates are welcome
- Experience in quality, sampling, or supplier management is an advantage
- Confident in reading technical drawings
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
