Supplier Quality Specialist

The selected candidate will join the

Supplier Quality team

and will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving the quality performance of assigned suppliers. Working in close collaboration with Procurement, R&D and the Quality team, the role involves supporting supplier qualification, monitoring manufacturing processes and promoting corrective and improvement actions throughout the supply chain.

Specifically, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For

supporting the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers through process and system audits;

monitoring supplier quality performance through KPI analysis, periodic audits and the definition of improvement plans;

managing supplier non-conformities and leading corrective actions by applying structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D;

overseeing the supplier PPAP process and validating the manufacturing processes used for components subject to approval;

collaborating with Procurement and R&D during product development, supporting supplier selection and evaluating the related manufacturing processes;

assessing supplier changes involving processes, materials, tooling and manufacturing sites;

developing and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of purchased components and products;

promoting a strong quality culture across the supply chain and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination with the stakeholders involved.
