Supervisor on Duty - Operations

Aviapartner is seeking a motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.

Part of the activities carried out by the Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations are:

1. Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.
2. Manage and supervise the staff on duty in the department.
3. Guarantee the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues.
4. Provide the necessary equipment for the staff in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements.
5. Support the management of the administrative process to handle sick leaves, vacation requests, etc.
