Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor – Italy

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role that requires attendance at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month. The position is a full‑time, permanent contract. What You'll Do

Define and lead the digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms. Coordinate the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development. Oversee the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus on the customer experience. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals. Analyze performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement. Share best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation, and acceleration of the digital business. Help drive the long‑term expansion of the online channel through the development of new commercial opportunities and a stronger omnichannel strategy. What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in a digital environment (ideally multi‑channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading. Previous experience managing people and structured teams in international environments. Strong leadership, people‑management, and cross‑functional/cross‑market collaboration skills. Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of key digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR, etc.). Excellent knowledge of the main digital and traditional tools for performance analysis, conversion optimization, and testing (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Excel, SimilarWeb, Contentsquare, Bazaarvoice, etc.). Native Italian and fluent English. Soft skills: ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment, customer focus, problem solving, time management, and a positive attitude. Strong interest in innovation and a pioneering spirit. Balance of analytical and technical experience while collaborating with many parts of the organization. Ability to influence and coach others, empowering new business models and strategies. Positive‑minded leader with high empathy, capable of influencing team dynamics, elevating morale, and inspiring a constructive work culture. Salary and Benefits

Salary: €36,000.00 – €45,000.00 per year.
