Supervisor (Capo Reparto) - Affi C.C. "Grand'Affi Shopping Center"
JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 and now one of the leading multi‑channel retail brands for sports fashion and outdoor wear across the UK and Europe, is looking for a seasoned sales supervisor to lead and support the retail team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, including merchandise setup, briefing the team, and ensuring proper display of products.
- Monitor profitability through KPI tracking and report progress.
- Engage in sales activities and provide exemplary customer service.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation meets brand standards and coordinate with Visual Merchandising team when available.
- Secure store premises, manage staff access, and oversee product safety and cleanliness.
- Implement loss prevention measures such as zone monitoring, delivery checks, regular audits, and inventory control.
- Operate the cash register, manage daily cash workflow, and process returns and refunds.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including common areas and merchandise storage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably dynamic, multinational settings.
- Good command of the English language.
- Leadership skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
