We manage and develop South Tyrol\'s innovation district, the NOI Techpark. With a strong network and a wide range of services, we help to initiate R&D projects, promote new talent and start-ups, and make local companies fit and competitive for the future.

To strengthen the Tech Transfer Green department of NOI S.p.A., which supports companies in the Green sector in the field of innovation, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert dedicated to “Water Technologies”. This is one of the core focus areas of the Green specialization strategy of NOI Techpark, alongside Energy Systems and Sustainable Building & Districts.

Your assignment

We entrust this to you:

The successful candidate will support local companies and research centers in the ideation, development, and coordination of research and development projects aimed at creating new products, services, and processes. They will foster collaboration between businesses and the research community and organize technical events on regulatory, technological, and market-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating innovation projects and providing technical consulting services (R&D Consulting);
• Managing and developing relationships among sector stakeholders (Networking & Cooperation);
• Organizing conferences, workshops, and technical seminars (Know-how Transfer Events);

Qualifications

• hold a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field;
• have professional experience in the field of water technologies;
• have project management skills;
• demonstrate adaptability, teamwork skills, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently;
• have an excellent command of German and Italian and a good knowledge of English.
