Job Description:

The Home Office Subcontract Administration Manager (SAM) has the duty to:

• Coordinate a team of Subcontract Administration Engineers (SAE) to check in detail the accounting submitted by Subcontractors for unit price Subcontracts.
• Instruct Subcontractors on administration procedures, including preparation of accounting, evaluation of extra works, and payment certificates.
• Review and approve Subcontractor's Interim and Final Payment Certificates, obtain approval signatures, and authorize invoicing.
• Ensure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, backcharges, liquidated damages, and subcontract closeouts are processed in accordance with procedures.
• Prepare and update the Construction Subcontracts Administration Monthly Report (CSAMR).
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to assess claims and assist in settlement processes.

Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Engineering & Construction companies, preferably in Oil & Gas or Infrastructure industries.
• Multidisciplinary knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Insulation works.
• High flexibility and availability for medium to long-term assignments abroad.
