To grow in line with our plan, RBS is searching for a Student Recruiter specializing in student recruitment, advising and sales. The recruiter will demonstrate our unique value proposition and career advancement potential to prospective students, recruiting new students to meet our growth goals. This role is goal‑oriented, very much like sales or headhunting.
The position reports directly to an admissions manager and is based in Prati, Rome’s city center. This is an on‑site, full‑time role and does not allow smart‑working, hybrid or remote work. The recruiter’s skillset should include a strong background in B2C/B2B sales, inside sales or similar roles. Experience in recruiting or career advising is a plus.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential students based on their availability (most work full time), mainly during mid‑day and early evening hours.
- Gather documentation for qualification and increase commitment levels.
- Handle excuses and objections related to admission decision deadlines.
- Complete the enrollment process with accuracy and precision.
- Collaborate with team members and the manager to find solutions for weekly/monthly goals.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales.
- Experience in a start‑up, fast‑paced or dynamic work environment focused on growth.
- Strong communication, persuasive and control skills.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Orientated toward services offered and client needs.
- Strong orientation toward results, goals, objectives, solutions, punctuality and energy.
- Spanish C2; other languages are a plus.

Working Hours : Full‑time, onsite, 10:00‑19:00 or 11:00‑20:00 shifts.
Smartworking : This is not a smart‑working position.
Contract : CCNL ANINSEI Level III, short‑term 6‑month start, renewals based on performance for 3, 6 or 12 months and/or permanent.
Annual Salary : €35,000‑45,000 average including monthly commissions related to results.
