We are looking for a Student Mobility Specialist, within the Global Alliances teamof our International Relations Department.

The Student Mobility Specialist will be involved in all the activities and processes related to students participating in Double Degrees and Special Programs (e.g. CEMS), interacting with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, partner universities, and colleagues from different Bocconi Units. The Global Alliances team is in charge of the development, management, promotion, selection, and academic recognition of the above-mentioned programs and supports incoming and outgoing students throughout their academic path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TheStudent Mobility Specialistwill be involved in the following activities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end management of the student mobility process, including promotion, selection, admission and academic recognition.

  • Providing support and information to students regarding Double Degree and Special Programs, in coordination with the Double Degree Coordinator.

  • Assisting with daily administrative and organizational operations related to student mobility activities.

  • Supporting the organization of institutional, academic, and business visits for Bocconi delegations abroad and for foreign university delegations visiting Bocconi.

  • Liaising with partner institutions and other internal and external stakeholders to support relationship management and communication.

  • Supporting database management, data analysis, and institutional reporting.

  • Assisting with the drafting of new and the updating and renewal of existing Double Degree agreements, including related administrative activities, in coordination with the Head of Global Alliances.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Political Sciences.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in roles relevant to the position, related to international relations, international programs and student mobility, within a higher education institution will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.

  • Work/study experience abroad (at least 6 months).

  • Solid analytical skills and confidence in working with quantitative data.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Customer oriented mindset, with a strong focus on internal and external institutional stakeholders.

  • Proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
