Role Description The Student Affairs Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing support and guidance to students throughout their academic journey, including orientation, advising on academic policies, and coordinating student services.The Student Affairs Officer collaborates with faculty and administrative teams to enhance student engagement, organize events, and promote a positive campus experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate student records and ensuring compliance with institutional procedures. Skills and Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with a diverse student body and staff. Experience in Student Affairs and Student Counseling to support learners in academic, personal, and administrative matters. Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities. Relevant academic degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field; experience in higher education is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Italian; additional European languages,
are beneficial. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with familiarity using student information systems and common office software.
