In this role you originate and structure structured credit and SRT opportunities with European banks, shaping multi-asset class transactions. You will build and maintain key client relationships across banking and financial sectors, traveling across Europe to engage stakeholders. Your work supports broader capital markets objectives within a leading reinsurance and advisory group, offering opportunities to shape transaction outcomes and cross-border collaboration. The role combines client leadership, deal negotiation, and market insight in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsabilità

• Proven track record in structured credit origination, structuring, or financial institution capital markets origination
• Banking background preferred with experience in European banks
• Experience with Securitization Risk Transfer (SRT) products is a plus
• Fluency in English; Italian and other languages preferred
• Willingness to travel across Europe
