Context
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to lead complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for the structural design and analysis of diverse building types, sustainability, and compliance with international standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 7+ years in structural design and analysis.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in:
- Steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete structures.
- Prestressed and post-tensioned concrete.
- Composite steel and concrete structures.
- Standards: In-depth knowledge of design codes and international standards for structural analysis.
- Tools: High proficiency in modern structural design and FEA software.
- Languages: Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum). Proficiency in Italian is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing project teams and client relations.
Soft Skills
- Proactivity and motivation.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
