What you will do

You will support strategic decisions in the structure sector and ensure technical assistance during the design and implementation phases of projects.

We envision a significant growth and career path aimed at developing the skills required to take on a central role within the team in the future.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering - Structure.
• Experience in the design of structural works.
• Proficiency in Autodesk software, especially AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Good knowledge of SAP 2000.
• Proficiency in structural modelling software (MIDAS, LUSAS, Robot).
• Availability for short trips abroad (Sub-Saharan Africa) to participate in meetings with clients or conduct site visits for ongoing construction projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Structural sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
