Job Description

• Preparation of specialistic calculations for the load‑bearing structures (hangers, guides, backstays, etc.) of the boiler, considering both static and dynamic loads.
• Preparation of static calculations for detailed designs and technical documents of boiler construction.
• Preparation of calculation for anchor loads adjustment (office) and anchor loads adjustment (site).
• Inspection of the boiler during assembly and operation.
• Prepares conceptual and basic engineering documentation including RFQ/PO documentation in early stages of the projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering with a focus on structural mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid knowledge of steel structure and sheet metal construction – in preparing and verifying static or dynamic structural calculations.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position in large EPC projects.
• Knowledge of structural calculation methods (FEM, beam‑, plate‑, and shell‑analysis), standard (Eurocode, other) and structural analysis and design software (Rstab, RFEM, SAP200).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
