We are looking for a Stress Analysis Engineer to join Our Engineering Department based in Fano (PU) , who will support in the Piping Stress engineering activities of the EPC projects, during the detail design and follow on Construction support phases.


Duties and Responsibilities :


  • Define the Critical line list based on project specification requirement.
  • Develop the Stress analysis calculation following the developed piping layout.
  • Define and position the relevant loads for the development of foundation and steel structures.
  • Define the allowable loads on machines and vessel nozzles, in coordination with Machinery Engineer.
  • Define the standard and special support drawings and develop Material Requisitions Main documents for supports.
  • Define supports position.
  • Check the correct uploading support drawings in the 3D model archive, according to Project 3D Model Procedure and check the relevant 3D model representation.
  • Produce the Supports MTO and follow up the procurement activity.
  • Ensure the technical support during construction phase


Requirements:


  • Laurea Magistrale and/or Specialistica (as well Chartered Engineer, A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Laurea Triennale.
  • Stress Analysis Engineer with a minimum stay of 3 years in the role being able to preside individually the full life cycle of a EPC project.
  • Consolidate knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Stress Analysis and accurate competences of techniques and tool.
  • Software as Caesar II and AutoPIPE are mandatory.
