Strategy & transformation specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Strategy & Transformation Specialist to join our team in driving strategic initiatives and transformational projects within our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate has a strong consultancy background, a proven track record in strategy and operational transformation, and preferably hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. You will play a key role in shaping and executing critical business strategies that ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute strategic initiatives to drive business transformation and innovation across the organization.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.
• Support senior leadership in market analysis, business case development, and decision-making processes.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects such as portfolio optimization, digital transformation, organizational redesign, and operational improvement programs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and drive impactful outcomes.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred).
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with a combination of:
• Strategy consulting experience.
• Corporate strategy, transformation, or project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing and executing strategic projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
