The role

As a Strategy & Transformation Intern, you will work directly with the central Strategy team and interact with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product leadership.

You will be exposed to real decision-making processes, commercial trade-offs and data-driven execution typical of consulting and private-equity environments.

This is not a support role: you will be expected to think, analyze and deliver.

What you’ll do

• Support strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to project design, analytical workstreams and execution

• Support the definition and execution of commercial and Go-to-Market strategies, including market, customer, pricing and competitive analyses across geographies and segments

• Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline generation and coverage analysis across Sales, Marketing and Partner channels

• Support mid- and long-term business planning, including strategic target setting and performance tracking by geography, product and customer segment

• Support the preparation and execution of corporate extraordinary transactions (e.g. M&A, strategic partnerships)

• Prepare executive-level materials and analyses for leadership reviews, operative meetings and strategic decision-making

What you’ll need

• Recent graduate from top universities in Economics, Business, Management Engineering or similar fields

• Strong interest in strategy, management consulting and private-equity-driven value creation

• Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking mindset

• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (comfortable working with data, models and executive slides)

• Solid understanding of business and financial concepts (pipeline, revenue, pricing, margins), or strong motivation to develop it quickly

• Curiosity for technology, software and SaaS business models

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, adapting the message to senior audiences

• High attention to detail and strong ownership of deliverables
  Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Fluent in English and Italian

• International mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  

Nice to have

• Up to 1 year of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical roles
