We are looking for a smart, hands-on operator to join our Strategy & Operations team for a 6 month internship (October–March). This role offers direct exposure to post-acquisition integration, operational excellence, and value creation for our portfolio companies.
Please note: the internship will be activated through your university (ente promotore , in line with Italian regulations). Candidates must be current students or recent graduates (within the past 12 months).
Your Role
- Support the Chief of Staff & COO on operational matters: transition plans, incentive schemes, due diligence, market analysis, expansion, and portfolio synergies.
- Assist product management: roadmap alignment, feature launches, and product-market fit improvements.
- Contribute to onboarding: support Day 1 and 100-day plans for new acquisitions, ensuring smooth team and system integration.
- Drive value creation: contribute to pricing, GTM strategy, product packaging, and sales execution; collaborate with internal experts; track execution and progress.
- Build playbooks: capture lessons from each acquisition to refine onboarding and growth models.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent academic record.
- One previous internship or relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, private equity operating teams, post-merger integration, commercial operations, or SaaS product management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; Italian and/or another European language is a plus.
