Strategy Manager

Overview

We are seeking Managers to strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, including:

• Structuring the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs
• Providing clear, focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems
• Managing the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful delivery
• Communicating recommendations and sensitive messages to senior-level client audiences

Additionally, you will build relationships beyond project assignments and identify opportunities for future business development.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy-related functions (an MBA is a plus)
• Strategy consulting experience in sectors such as Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation
• A proven record of high performance and significant achievements
• Deep industry expertise with demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take personal risks in the working environment
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
